What is the Hero Club?
The part other platforms don't have — and it's included in your membership from day one. No upgrade, no add-on package. Inside: a community of women who all sell digital products, Hero Templates from real bestsellers, monthly challenges and honest feedback on your product.
Do I need to be technical?
No. That's exactly why HeroFunnels exists. We set up your sales system personally for you. You don't start with an empty account, you start with a sales system that's already prepared.
Why do I need a credit card for the trial?
Because we set up every account personally. You add your card details at the start, but nothing is charged until after the 30 days. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What happens after the 30 days?
If you haven't cancelled by then, your membership continues automatically and the first payment is due. You can cancel at any point during the 30 days with one click — then nothing is charged.
Can I cancel?
On the monthly plan, any time to the end of the month. The annual plan runs for twelve months. You can cancel at any time — your access then stays active until the end of the term and does not renew.
Are new templates charged separately?
No. New bestseller templates and additions to the Hero Templates are already included in your membership – at no extra cost.
Does HeroFunnels issue invoices?
Yes. HeroFunnels automatically creates an invoice with a sequential invoice number after every purchase. Whether that's enough for your bookkeeping depends on your individual situation – best to check with your tax advisor.
