Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, HeroFunnels, [email protected], of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use our cancellation form at herofunnels.io/cancellation, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation. We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you inform us of your exercise of the right of cancellation, compared with the full scope of services provided for under the contract.
